The overall look was nice and the staff were very pleasant and helpful 👍. The room felt gloomy, with a balcony about 170 cm high backed by a concrete wall and no place to sit; inside there was only one chair for two people, which was disappointing. Everything else was clean on the first floor. The pastry shop was great, though both days missed the pistachio ice cream 🙂. The chefs were excellent, as was the food. Unfortunately they don’t accept dogs or even small pets, which is a shame but understandable. There was no coffee maker in the room, which is a pity at this price point; I know a 4‑star property isn’t required to have one, but it would have been nice.
