The place was clean and the rooms were nice, but there was an issue with our reservation that wasn't in the hotel system; we waited at the front desk for 20 minutes while the clerk tried to sort it out, and she was not empathetic, did not apologize for the wait, and was not pleasant.

The beds were very comfortable. We had a clogged sink (no one fixed it), the girl's bed was not set up, I asked for it to be arranged and they gave me sheets to do it myself, maintenance in the room was not good, and breakfast was bland.
