Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chicago-Hoffman

“It was expensive but great location”

The location was great, but the place looked a little tattered.

The pool was good, but it was spoiled by a Code Brown.

“Terrible I would never book here again.”

We booked our room at 4:00 pm, but 30 minutes later the desk guy cancelled it without notice because he couldn’t charge my card. We drove a long way from Georgia and told him we’d be a bit late but would still show up to keep the booking and could pay with another card. He was a total jerk and rude asf!

“Well I checked in late Sunday night and woke up to my car being towed. The issue wasn’t the hotels fault at all but the”

I liked the area and how clean it was, but the staff was very short and not helpful.

“Very bad experience with lot of rooms have maintenance issues and wouldnt recommend.”

There is nothing to like about this place. The first room we were given had no AC and a broken toilet, so they moved us to another room that also had maintenance issues and a damaged bathtub. I don’t understand why the front office didn’t have a clear inventory of usable rooms. The bathroom is very small with hardly any space to move around, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
