The hotel is a true haven for rest, tucked between mountains in a vast green valley. It’s perfect for disconnecting, especially for reading and enjoying the Manzano family cuisine. We were given a beautiful, corner room with huge views and very quiet. Thank you for that detail. The only downside is the bed’s firmness; that’s all I disliked. Also, I can’t believe a Nacho Manzano hotel serves such bad coffee. Please fix that; it can’t be Nespresso. I refuse to accept a mediocre filter coffee or similar.

Everything. Above all, the staff: friendly, attentive, and charming, making you feel truly at home. The setting is simply paradisiacal, a place where you genuinely disconnect and forget the world. We were also deeply impressed by the attention to detail, evident in everything from the cuisine—using a private garden and top‑quality, local products—to breakfast, with freshly baked bread, organic yogurts, butter, and every item chosen with care. Even the small room details, like Rituals bath products, show a commitment to guest care until the last moment. And there’s something hard to explain: waking up surrounded by nature, with absolute peace and hearing distant cow bells. It’s a sense of disconnection and tranquility I hadn’t felt in years. The food, environment, staff, and meticulous care make the experience truly exceptional. For us, it was undoubtedly one of the best experiences in many years, a place hard to leave and one you know you want to return to. Sincerely, nothing was lacking; everything was cared for to the last detail, and the experience surpassed our expectations.

The location, the restaurant, the staff were all great. The room was cramped and I constantly had to crouch.

The surroundings were beautiful, natural, quiet and dark at night, stars were visible, there were many activities around the palace, we rested a lot. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, complete and homemade. We reported the jacuzzi issue twice; they said they would look into it, but when we left it was still broken and they never told us anything, probably they were a bit overwhelmed that day, but it would have been nice to hear at least that it couldn’t be fixed or whatever, instead of saying nothing.
