“Ótimo custo-benefício”

The hotel was simple but welcoming, super clean and the corridors smelled nice; I just missed having a minibar and the blankets were very old (though clean and fragrant).

The hotel was awful, nothing like the photos, horrible service; I was on the road and had chosen the hotel, but because my card was Amex the booking site wouldn’t accept the reservation, so I called the hotel, explained the situation, and the receptionist didn’t even give me a minimum offer, just said the price was different and that was it. She didn’t want to accept the booking’s price even though we’d only be staying overnight and leaving in the morning; she sent me a bunch of paperwork to read instead of a brief explanation of the rates, even though I told her I was driving in heavy rain. I went back to booking, tried other cards, and finally managed to book. The photos looked great, so I chose the most expensive room for a big, comfortable bed because my husband is 194 cm tall. We arrived at 23:00 and the service was terrible—no smile, no explanation, no good night or welcome, we went straight to the room. The hotel was horrible and stinky, the room was a nightmare (they claimed it was newly renovated in the ad), the bed was tiny, my husband slept with his feet out, the mattress and pillow were bad, the room smelled bad, there was only one towel for us two, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was awful with a very small sink that barely allowed us to brush our teeth. I woke up at 6 am with a pounding and a foul smell of food in the room, so I realized we were next to the kitchen. There was no elevator and we were on the 4th floor. The car had to park on the street. At check‑in they asked for the license plate and other details as if there was parking, and they asked for my skin color as a mandatory question, which I didn’t understand the point of. They only offered White and Yellow. I was even more disappointed when I read the Google reviews and saw that all the issues I mentioned had been happening for a long time for most other guests; it’s absurd that Booking still lists such a criticized hotel that doesn’t address complaints or respond to customers.

The bathroom had a bad shower that over‑spilled, the water jet was weak and didn’t heat up, which was very bad on cold days.
