KRABI MORE HOTEL

“Absolutely awful as were others staying in the hotel”

The location everything else was appalling. The room we booked doesn’t even exist in the hotel despite them showing photos. The rooms bear no resemblance to those shown on the website or on any booking apps. The rooms were dirty and were not cleaned unless you chased up staff. I found one member of staff who should’ve been on reception asleep on the floor. There were no coffee facilities or safety deposit box in the room as advertised

The staff were very helpful, but the hotel sits right on the main road.

Good location and our room had a nice view from the balcony. The room was a little bit small

Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed by the level of care and attention to detail at this hotel. The staff seemed to be lacking in their duties, and it showed in the overall quality of the stay.

“Bra valuta för pengarna”

On the one hand, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. They also had a good storage system in place, and everything we needed was available. However, things took a turn when we were told that there was a problem with the door to our room and that we would be taken to a different hotel without charge. While we didn't end up going to the other hotel, the whole situation was a bit confusing, but it ultimately worked out in the end.
