The staff were friendly and attentive, the transport links and location were great, and the room had good gear plus a small balcony; the room was warm on arrival day, but that was quickly sorted.

The room was a pleasant one with good facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. It was close to the Frankfurt West railway station. There are quite a lot of stairs to go up and down though which was hard with a heavy suitcase. The dinner menu was excellent!. The shower was good but be careful with it as the water drainage in the shower and the basin was slow. I was worried it might overflow. I did not discover the wifi login

Cleanliness was spot‑on, the staff were nice and helpful, and breakfast was very good; the parking fee for one night in the car park was 25 €.
