“Bon emplacement et accueil chaleureux”
The hotel sits perfectly in the old town, just steps from the main sights. The staff were attentive and warm; Imamcan and Umut welcomed me and everything went smoothly. Lunch is served on the terrace with a view of the city and sea. Upper‑floor rooms have large windows overlooking the street. A restaurant on the top floor makes it easy to grab a quick meal. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a place in the Sultanahmet area.
“Dangerous and extremely unsafe.”
The experience was awful: no electricity, loud construction outside made it impossible to rest, and when we asked for a refund the hotel refused. The manager got extremely aggressive, allegedly tried to physically attack me and my elderly father, and eventually forced us and other guests to leave. We had to call the police, and only after they arrived did the situation calm down. We felt intimidated and unsafe. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

The room has a terrace, but in the morning it was noisy because we were on the top floor and the breakfast area on the roof was right above us.
The front‑desk staff was polite and helped me check in quickly, and the hotel’s location is great—everything is within walking distance.
