The rooms were spotless, and the equipment was very well stocked—iron, straightener, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, cotton swabs, tissues, cotton, fully equipped kitchen, and more! The location is perfect: 3 minutes to Urakami station, 2 minutes to a Lawson, 3 minutes to a mall, etc. Security is great, with cameras and a nice code system. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the common room was too strong.

The hotel was clean and the equipment was new, and it was quiet at night even though it’s near the station. Yet, while checking out in a downpour, the stone steps outside the entrance got wet and I slipped. Please install non‑slip mats.

The hotel was clean and the facilities were new, and even though it’s close to the station, it stayed quiet at night so I could rest easily. However, during a heavy rain, the stone steps outside the entrance were wet when I checked out and I slipped. Please add non‑slip mats.

The place is new and the facilities are all in order, and it’s within walking distance of the station and the port. The only issue is that it’s a self‑check‑in property.

The new building was overall clean, and all the amenities—laundry, dryer, etc.—were well supplied. There were no complaints; I was very satisfied!
