SONO MOON Haeundae

I stayed at Sono Moon and it was amazing—hard to believe it’s only a three‑star hotel. The room was always clean, fresh slippers and bottled water arrived daily, and the place felt lovely to come back to. The location was spot‑on, with everything I needed just a short walk away. A huge shout‑out to Hailey, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, and I appreciated her help whenever I needed it. Being in a foreign country, having someone you can rely on makes all the difference. Hailey’s support made my stay easier and more enjoyable. Thank you for your patience, warmth, and all your help! She left a lasting impression and is a big part of my fond memories of this hotel. I also want to thank Minit, Mikyung, Jaehoon Yi, the whole team, and the housekeeping staff for keeping everything clean and comfortable. Thanks to everyone for making my time in Korea special. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend Sono Moon to anyone visiting!

The view of the sea through the small windows was nice. The table and mirror were far away, which made it awkward, and water dripped from the sink, which was inconvenient.

I didn’t use the breakfast. The room temperature was hard to manage, and there were no hangers for clothes.

The location is great, right across from the beach, and everything—shops, restaurants, bars—is right at your doorstep.

The hotel is wonderful on the second line, literally across the street from the best Haeundae beach. We were given a room on the 16th floor with a sea and city view. The room is spacious, with robes, slippers, and all necessities. The water pressure and drainage are excellent. The room is cleaned daily, towels are replaced, and water is refilled. There are two exits from the hotel, one to the beach, the other to the city toward the metro—very convenient. The location is great: many restaurants and shops nearby, public transport stops, and Haeundae Blue Line Park is a half‑hour walk from the hotel. The only downside is that the room only had shower gel and shampoo with conditioner; there was no standard personal hygiene set. Coffee and tea supplies were not replenished. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
