The cleanliness and the property were fine. I didn’t like how the woman who received us behaved; I was traveling to Santiago because of our arrival from the Portuguese road, and from the morning she kept texting and calling every few minutes to check our arrival time. We had some delays that prevented us from arriving early, yet we were still at the gate before the check‑out time. Also, when she physically came to do the check‑in (just scanning a QR code) she didn’t seem to be in a coherent state of health. I want to point that out so other guests don’t suffer. Otherwise, the facilities and cleanliness were good. The pillow comfort could be improved. Thank you.

Clean and tidy. Close to the bus station. Comfortable. The host was very pleasant. Everything was online. The room wasn’t prepared for the heat, and the check‑in hours were too limited.

I stayed in a tourist apartment with multiple rooms; some had private baths while others shared. Overall, the apartment and my room were decent. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillow felt too thin. It’s located in the ensanche of Santiago, about a 15‑20 minute walk to the old town.
