The room stayed cool, had laundry on site, and a couch. The staff behaved like prison guards, arguing and saying “BS you don’t care about people.”

I was close to the shops, but the staff were rude, the towels were stained, the hair got tangled in the blankets, the room smelled dirty, the key didn’t open properly, and they seemed annoyed when I asked for help.
