I found bugs in my room and at 2am I was moved to another place that had cockroaches; on top of that I had to pay for travel and received no compensation—horrible experience.

They should explain to guests how to switch AC and hot water; the parking space is very narrow and not safe to park on the road.

It has a convenient location connecting to the main road, otherwise not worth it; the bed linen and towels were very dirty, and the property itself was very poorly maintained.
