The place was clean, yet the sheets were far from clean and were quite crumpled. The room was cold, making sleep almost impossible; we asked if the heat pump worked and they said it only blew cold air. The host claimed the heating was under the floor, but that floor never warmed up. Also, we weren’t told the location faced an under‑used park. We were two women traveling alone and the host was aware of that.

The room was nice, comfortable, and clean, exactly as requested. It was in a great spot next to the bus stop to Venice. Parking inside the property was very good.
