The rooms are clean and tidy, everything is done with taste and in like-new condition. The food in the lobby is very tasty. The staff are the best—friendly guys and gals whose service is always top level. I also want to highlight the main person (probably the administrator or manager in the lobby) who turned a small unpleasant incident into a pleasant surprise the next day. With such organization it’s no wonder the place keeps getting such high ratings. I’ve been staying with my family for the second year in a row. Thanks to the whole team. On the first floor, there’s one accessible balcony on the perimeter of the building. If your neighbors are very active, the feeling that they’ll walk through your room will constantly haunt you. I recommend not staying on the first floor if your health allows.

The restaurant space is nice, but none of the dishes pleased me—snails were a total horror, and the pancake was inedible.
