I'm still trying to figure out what I did wrong. The hotel seemed to be in a decent location, but the room was a total disaster. I mean, I've seen better-maintained hostels. The staff seemed friendly, but that's about it.

The only thing that saved this place from being a complete disaster was the service. The staff were friendly and helpful, but that's where it ended. The TV was out of order, the fan regulator didn't work, the washroom flush was broken, and the AC didn't even cover the whole room. It was a total waste of money.

The hotel's design is truly beautiful, with a stunning lobby and elegant rooms. However, the overall vibe is somewhat let down by the somewhat unimpressive 'Not bad' service from the staff. They're not rude or anything, but they just seem to be going through the motions. Still, the hotel's unique style and comfortable beds make it worth a visit.

The location is super convenient, and I loved that they provided hot water facilities. The room itself was a bit on the smaller side, but the property itself is really well-maintained. However, it's worth mentioning that they have a 12-hour stay limit, so you can't stay overnight.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, things didn't quite go as planned. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. However, the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel were a major letdown - the room was spotless, but the bathroom was a different story. I found hair in the shower and on the floor, and the toilet was dirty. The hotel's cleanliness issues really detracted from my stay.
