The place was clean and quiet, but the bathroom facilities were far from comfortable.

The spot was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms stayed tidy, yet the lobby lacked power sockets for laptops or USB chargers for phones – a basic necessity in this digital age. The lobby actually had only four seats, the rest being a dining area. We got food poisoning, and on Saturday a Zumba keep‑fit group blasting music from the ECL Mall car park next door woke us at 5 am!
