I talked about this place on my YouTube channel “Arseniy’s Travels”; it would be wonderful if not for one thing. The lack of hot water is not a coincidence but a deliberate policy (read other reviews). For some inexplicable reason they refuse to provide hot water; I’m fine with it because I was toughened as a child, but I don’t know about you.

The deluxe room with AC and fan was excellent; the bed was on the firmer side but I still slept well, and the pillow had good firmness. There was plenty of storage, the bathroom was good, and the shower delivered warm water with an electric shower head. Breakfast was decent for free, with toast triangles and tasty pineapple jam, and the instant coffee was the best I’ve ever had – smooth, not bitter, and I drank about 200 different kinds. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Nothing negative – it was great and deserves a higher score.

The hotel’s location in the city is quiet and close to everything, and the building itself looks nice, but they don’t accept credit cards! The room was cramped, the mattress felt like the seats on a “chicken bus,” the sheets were worn out, and it definitely smelled damp. There was no air‑conditioning to help dry it out.
