The rooms were spacious and the facilities were good, but it was noisy through the walls from other guests and from the road.

Great value for money. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Excellent amenities Luke microwave, coffee machine and dining setting. No plug for hand basin

We stayed 3 nights in a family room on the ground floor and it was just perfect! My daughter was competing at The Factory, just a few minutes away, and Cosmo is very close. It was also really convenient for public transport with just a few minutes walk to a bus on Glebe Rd and a 5 mins drive to Kotara Westfield for a great selection of restaurants and shopping. The room itself was clean and very well presented, and even with 4 of us, it didn't feel cramped. It was so well equipped, with cutlery and crockery for 4, a microwave and decent size fridge. We look forward to staying again next time we visit Newcastle. There were even EV chargers so we left on the We stayed 3 nights in a family room on the ground floor and it was just perfect! It may not suit people who want to be in the centre of Newcastle, but it was perfect for our needs. Parking in some spots is a little tight if you are in a bigger vehicle, but there are plenty of warning signs
