“Terrific for a one night stop over, clean and comfortable”
Very central and easy to get to, the beds were super comfy, linens were clean, and having the pub right downstairs was a big plus. Nothing negative.
“Great Location, welcoming staff and delicious food and drinks down’s stairs”
Fantastic location, great food and drink service. The shared balcony and tea room added a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that we couldn’t get the TV to work.
Typical country pub vibe with a modern bistro, bar, and helpful staff. The only drawback was the narrow staircase.

The room was great and the staff were lovely and helpful. We shared a bathroom, but that wasn’t a problem for us; however, if you can’t sleep with noise, the pub noise that travels up the stairs might be an issue. Overall, we liked the ambience.
