Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Jasper by IHG

The air conditioning failed to work properly and the room was dirty.

“Horrid.”

There was absolutely nothing positive; the shower had pubic hairs and the bed sheets were soiled on arrival.

“Overall, a great place to stay.”

Everything was spotless and the location was perfect, right off the highway.

“Staff is available and very nice. A/C was fantastic during this heat wave and fridge was also cold!”

The omelets were very good. There was fruit available ect. The fresh ground coffee machines are nice. Take a little while but worth it. Also a good selection of juices. Bacon one day and sausage the next. There were no cinnamon rolls the first 3 days. The pancake machine was already of of mix and were told they only fill it once a day. When its out, its out. No muffins as in they were all gone. One poor girl was trying to clean tables, and keep the food items stocked. Really too much for one person during the rush hour

“For the money, I should not have peeling paint in the bathtub, pink mildew in bath tub, a less than adequate a/c sys”

The service was decent, but an older gentleman on staff was rude.
