The location was fine, that’s all. The front desk agent was very unfriendly, had an attitude, and when we arrived 20 minutes before their standard check‑in time she tried to charge extra for checking us in at 2:40 pm.

“Awful Staff”

The receptionist was extremely rude, refusing to check us in and telling us to come back later because she had “some work to do” and it was only 1 pm, asking us to return at 2 pm. I offered to pay extra, she still wouldn’t check us in, but when I threatened to complain she finally did, charging $20 for that hour. The hotel wasn’t worth that at all, especially after that encounter. On top of that, the room was covered in black hair and the mattresses were plastic‑covered.

The check‑in was straightforward, parking was convenient, and the whole place was spotless. The only downside was the absence of foot‑antiship pads in the shower.
