Poor room condition despite good receptionist behaviour The room was not cleaned properly, and there were mosquitoes and flies everywhere. The AC was not working, which made the stay uncomfortable. The washroom bulb was also not working, so I had to use my mobile flashlight. The room was very small and lacked basic maintenance. The only positive thing was that the receptionist was polite and behaved well. Overall, the room needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and basic facilities.
