The hotel was great, the rooms were beautiful, and the breakfast was varied. Nothing else to note.

Nothing positive. The staff, especially Mahmood, were noisy, the rooms had no soundproofing, the breakfast was poor, and the room service was disappointing.

الغرف واسعة ورحبة، العاملين بشوشين وودودين ، يوجد موظف سوري بالاستقبال اسمه يوسف جدا متعاون ومرحب ، الحمام توجد به كافة المستلزمات للمسافر ، الافطار استثنائي ومتنوع ورائع. الغرف والاثاث قديم نوعا ما وتحتاج الى الصيانة والتحديث

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bursa. Parking is available, the room is well described and flexible, reception is efficient, elevators are available, and the rooms are insulated.
