The room was decent, but the balcony felt unsafe with a wobbly railing and it was extremely noisy because of the equipment mounted on the outer walls. The staff seemed indifferent, so after just one night we switched hotels even though we had paid for five nights.

The staff were helpful, they did what we asked. The bed had a problem with the springs, so my head hurt.

The location was great, the reception was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and tasty. The rooms were small and the carpet needed cleaning; the bathroom containers should have lids, and the towels needed better quality and cleanliness to reduce the smoke smell.

The hotel is pretty good, the spot is superb, right by the promenade with many places to eat and shops within walking distance. The room was clean, had everything needed, a comfortable large bed, crisp white linens, towels, slippers, bath items – overall everything was fine. Check‑in was quick, and a small dog was allowed without extra charge as stated on the website. The big downside for us is that the hotel is cornered, with a road on one side; the windows are closed but the noise is as if they’re open, which is a problem for anyone who can’t sleep to the constant traffic. If that doesn’t bother you, the hotel is good! Parking is only for three cars, so spots are usually taken, but that’s common in Turkey – they parked my car nearby, no issue.
