A peaceful oasis surrounded by greenery, with a saltwater pool and the chance to recharge. The owners were very kind and the animals were wonderful. We would never leave! The double mattress felt a bit low for our taste; given the thermal excursion, maybe an extra blanket for the more chilly guests would help. A little more attention to the breakfast product dates would be nice.

“Lovely location in a remote setting.”

Set in the countryside with lovely views, the hosts were wonderful and welcoming. The dogs and horses on the grounds were charming. Breakfast was provided in the room. The sofa bed could have been more comfortable.

“De pracht en de rust van Umbrië op 20 minuten van Perugia.”

The location was stunning, completely quiet with a view of a beautiful valley. Our maisonette was very nice, spacious and clean, with everything we needed. The large saltwater pool was absolutely wonderful. The owners were very friendly and gave useful tips about restaurants and sights, such as Perugia, Assisi, Spello, etc. I would definitely recommend this place! No real drawbacks for us, but things to know: a) four dogs and a pony (real!) roam the property; b) breakfast consists of tasty items provided in your accommodation and can be replenished on simple request (so it’s not in a hall); c) Perugia and all shops/restaurants are a 20‑minute drive along winding roads (keep that in mind if your mobility isn’t great); d) like many agriturismi in Italy, there are quite a few flies, mosquitoes and gnats in summer, so you’ll have to live with that.

I booked through the available details and, after the owner’s approval, we were allowed to bring our two well‑behaved collies. We were shocked when, upon arrival, we were told we had to stay near our remote apartment with very steep stairs because their dog could attack ours. An hour later, our own bungalow was indeed attacked. We immediately decided not to stay the whole time and left a day early. Because of the false information, I wanted a refund for one of the two booked days.

“Quiete e relax in mezzo al verde”

The spot is charming on the hill north of Perugia. The agriturismo is impeccably maintained, with facilities overlooking a wide valley of olive groves. The sense of peace and relaxation amid greenery is delightful. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The apartment comes from a carefully and originally renovated farm building. A few limits in space usability are noted in the “areas for improvement” below. Some remarks for the friendly owners: The apartment is advertised for six beds, four of which are in a mezzanine whose height does not meet minimum habitability requirements, making access and movement uncomfortable. The location and access to a particular double bed (not used) do not meet minimum safety criteria (the only entrance door is just over a meter high). Breakfast (included in the listing) is supplied with a selection of products upon arrival. The fresh items (good) were too few for the three‑day stay. To further improve an already good service, it is suggested to review bed distribution and daily replenish fresh foods that are consumed.
