“Just dont book this please do not book this hotel in the near by location you can get more cheaper rates”

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, which started with a surprise charge of an additional 500 rupees for a third person, bringing the total to 7170 rupees for three nights. The room was not clean, and the service was subpar. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to its poor cleanliness and unhelpful staff, particularly the receptionist named Arun. The late arrival in Mumbai didn't help, but the hotel's issues went beyond just timing.

“Met the expectations”
