Hotel San Francisco Plaza

The stay at Hotel San Francisco Plaza was absolutely wonderful; the building impresses with its beautiful, traditional décor and atmospheric courtyard, the rooms are very spacious, clean, and quiet, and the exceptionally comfortable beds guarantee a great rest. Breakfast is fresh, tasty, and a perfect start to the day. The biggest asset is the people: the entire staff is delightful and helpful, and the reception team deserves special recognition for their professionalism, extraordinary friendliness, and immense care for guests. The location is excellent—close to major attractions and the center, yet in a peaceful setting. I definitely recommend it and would gladly return.

I liked the good location of the hotel, as well as the order and cleanliness of the room, and the staff were very friendly, but the bed didn't feel comfortable and sometimes I could hear noise from neighboring bathrooms.

“Niestety- nie polecam!”

The location near the city center and friendly staff are definite pluses. However, the negatives outweigh the positives. Our room had no windows facing outside—only to the stairwell or hotel interior—so there was no daylight at any time; I’m not sure if any rooms offered an outside view. There was no bedding, only a sheet to cover the mattress, though the rooms stayed warm. Breakfast was more than modest but very weak and the dining room was cold. The bathroom carried a strong sewer smell, and every creak from the door and walls could be heard in the room. From early morning, music played from the dining area—an odd natural wake‑up that seemed unnecessary.
