Value for money. My expensive shampoos were left over and they said they threw them. We immediately called the same day as my friends were staying for 2 more days—really disappointed.

Location. The room was not clean, including the washroom, and the AC wasn't working. I complained about it. I was offered a different room, but that room was worse than the original.

I like the room space and clean arrangements, great breakfast, swimming pool clean. Bad odour in the toilet once we check in, on the way the ground floor water was leaking from top and floor was wet, can be dangerous as sleep increase.
