The Double or Twin Room at ITC Madrid by Soho Boutique offers excellent bed comfort, a spacious layout, and a range of amenities, including air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a coffee machine, providing a highly comfortable and convenient stay.

“Very lovely and would reccomend”
The hotel was lovely, spotless, and the room was extremely spacious. The bed was super comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nobody told us the pool was closed, and on one of the days it was 35 °C, which was frustrating because we had planned to use the pool a few times.

The room was spotless and the hotel sits right beside the metro, but being next to the cleaners' cupboard made it very noisy in the mornings, and the pool was shut for three days without any notice.

We absolutely adored our stay; the location was superb, the room immaculate, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was convenient and surpassed our expectations, and honestly there was nothing we disliked.

The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable, and everything was clean. It’s a bit away from the city centre but very close to the metro station. No complaints.

The new hotel is fresh, clean, and very close to the metro station, especially convenient on the green line that takes you straight to Madrid’s center in about 15 minutes. The neighborhood is relaxed with plenty of good eateries nearby and a supermarket just around the corner. The bathroom is spacious, the shower has excellent pressure, and the toiletries are lovely. The staff are pleasant, ready to help, speak excellent English, and always polite. I wish a shower cap had been provided in the room.
