Our room was decent enough for a two‑night stop in Hamilton, but the grandparents’ room was clearly in need of a renovation and looked pretty worn out. Still, it was cheap, had a great location, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The place was peaceful, but it felt stuffy and hot.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and the location was excellent.

The place was in a decent spot and the bed sheets were clean, but the floor could have used a sweep, the room felt very plain, there was no extra pillow or bedding, and the toilet and bathroom shared one door.

I was disappointed when the TV stopped working, but the staff upgraded me to a better room as a quick fix.
