“INDRA”

The location is good, the beds are comfortable, the room is clean, and the bathroom is spacious. However, communication was a nightmare; emails went unanswered. The reception staff, especially Te Te, were very unhelpful with my request. The lift was broken, and the breakfast was only average.

The hotel’s location is excellent—everything is nearby, with many shops, restaurants, and services right under or close to the building, so walking isn’t necessary. This was especially convenient for a short stay in Bangkok. We’d like to highlight the receptionist, who was kind, polite, and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the start. The room was fine, and the entire stay went smoothly. ❤️ Joanna & Dominik

I received free early check‑in and a quick process, with a deposit fee of 3000 Baht. The room was quiet, just next to the Royal Thai Suite, featuring a double bed with four pillows, an east‑side view of sunrise, a large wardrobe with 5 + 5 hangers (the sliding door was a bit stiff), a refrigerator and safety locker, a kettle for tea or coffee, a whitener and sugar, two glass bottles of Chang water, cable TV in dual mode, a curtain for a dark room (great for crews), many small drawers for storage, in‑room slippers, and silent air conditioning. The bathroom door opens inward; a sliding door or one that opens into the hallway would be better. The room smelled when I entered, and I couldn’t open the window to air it out because it was locked. The shower and sink had weak water flow, dust was under the bed and it seemed the place was never vacuumed, and the emergency flashlight was missing—though I was given a handheld one. There was no stationary paper for small notes.
