La situation de l'hôtel, juste à côté de la gare du Nord, est idéale si on doit prendre un train tôt le matin. Dans les autres cas, le quartier est un peu excentré et pas le plus agréable de Bucarest (mais moins cher que le centre). Hôtel propre, chambre claire, correctement équipée et assez spacieuse, rien de spécial à signaler. Le lit était vraiment un peu dur. La chambre, donnant sur une rue passante, est probablement bruyante si on doit ouvrir la fenêtre, mais il y a la climatisation pour la saison chaude
