The place is cozy and well‑located for exploring the Marche region, and the pool is gorgeous.
Feels like a tiny village. Dining in the square is very pleasant. The pool and surrounding area are beautiful.

The property is very well maintained and welcoming, with a stunning sea‑view pool. Breakfast is good, and the staff are kind, helpful, and always attentive to guests’ needs. A truly pleasant stay, highly recommended!
The only nice thing was the receptionist’s kindness; the Classic room turned out to be tiny with a minuscule window and felt cramped overall. We immediately said we didn’t want to stay since there was no Superior room available, and the “rustic” upgrade we saw was no better. After a phone call with the manager, the lady at reception mentioned a refund for four nights, keeping only the current one, and asked us to send our bank details by email. I also asked for a refund through the booking site, but their reply was negative and dismissive of our complaints, offering instead a voucher valid for a year. Not liking the property, we refused the voucher; they then offered us wine, which we don’t drink, and even if we did it wouldn’t have improved the situation—a rather odd downgrade in offers.
