The cottage was wonderful, clean, and well equipped, and the swimming pool was amazing, but it’s very far from the city center so you’re better off eating only there; the staff were not helpful or well trained, unlike what I’ve experienced at resorts or palaces where the staff are proactive and welcoming; here the focus seems to be on extra options that cost extra, and customers who pay for this type of room don’t care about money.

The location was great. It was peaceful, just as expected for a visit to Coorg. Nothing to do with the property, but the roads leading to the property could do with improvements

I like the fact that the property was in the midst of beautiful hills and away from the hustle of the city. The greenery in the resort was fantastic and the food provided was also very good. I found the incline to reach the restaurant very steep and we had to keep calling the EV to reach there. Also the breakfast timings ended at 9.30am because of which we couldn't reach in time for breakfast on both days

Wifi was for only 1days. That required modification. Rest all services are good. Nothing specific
