The beds were very comfortable, but there is still carpet, and otherwise the furniture is new.

“The hotel is very clean, the breakfast bar was great and the room was clean, and comfortable”

We were close to a drive to Salem, which is why we chose to visit; the property itself was good, but the room layout was a bit awkward.

The rooms were great, clean and spacious; breakfast was top notch and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is off a busy road but still pretty central for our needs!

“The hotel served its purpose for late night arrival for one night stay, more than that, I would’ve checked in at another”

The property was off the freeway and did its job for a late‑night stay, but it needs serious updates and wasn’t up to the standard of other Springhill Suites I've stayed at. Check‑in was slow, with a wait and a line at midnight, so I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was really nice and spacious, and the breakfast was great, but I wish there had been a mini fridge in the room.
