The room is large, spacious, and relatively new. The toilet had a foul odor, the floor was slippery, Wi‑Fi often failed, there was no handwash so we had to buy it, and the price of 500 per night was too high for DHS.

The spot was cool, but we found someone else's underwear in our room, the shower head was busted, the AC didn’t work, and the coffee machine was dead; when we mentioned these issues the staff acted like we were clueless about ACs (I’m from the Middle East, so I know how they work) and dismissed the underwear as “nothing”; no apology came, making it the worst experience I’ve ever had, and the “breakfast included” promise was a joke.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay at IHYAA Inn where the room was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained; the location was convenient for visiting Nizwa, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing; the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay; overall it was a good experience, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Nizwa. Everything was good.
