The room was comfortable and clean, and the self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was convenient for exploring Bari, with easy access to the city center. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our stay a pleasant experience. We would gladly recommend this accommodation!

The beds were solid and the electric kettle worked well. However, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and the cistern made a loud noise when turned on, along with noise from neighboring units. The staff only responded through chat, and the second floor was accessed by stairs.

We were a group of ten, and there was no staff on site; the pre‑check‑in that had been done in France before departure had to be redone on the spot via a frantic WhatsApp from a new manager. The room only had beds and sheets; one or two duvets were already used and not packaged, and towels were only for the week, with no cleaning or toilet paper provided. Hot water was unreliable and there were plumbing noises in some rooms. The terrace, supposedly under renovation when we arrived, was still usable but we had to collect our trash ourselves. The kitchen area and the trash bin were left in a corner that never got cleaned.

The rooms were decent with comfy beds, small kitchen utensils for snacking, and a mini fridge. The train station was nearby. The area around the accommodation was noisy and not very attractive, and there was limited space to store clothes.
