The room service was solid, the shower ran well, and the mattress felt really good.
The location is safe near JapanTown, the staff were attentive, and the room was modern and clean. However, we were on the ground floor, which was actually below street level because of the hill, and parking cost $55 a day, which was pricey.
The hotel lives up to its description, is very pretty, the staff are generally very welcoming, and the services are top‑class. Thank you.

The hotel is lovely, right next to JapanTown, with spacious rooms, nice amenities, friendly staff, parking, and a Tesla charger—everything we needed for a weekend in San Francisco.
