I was completely duped by this place. They advertise a certain price, but when you arrive, they hit you with a massive bill. I paid Rp 150K, but they claimed they weren't affiliated with any booking apps anymore, so my payment was essentially a waste. I asked for a refund, but they flat-out rejected it. The customer support is non-existent, and it's clear they're not taking complaints seriously. I've seen countless other reviewers on Google Maps complaining about the same issues.

What was supposed to be a quick overnight stay turned into a complete disaster. We booked the room as a layover since we had an early flight the next day, and the hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient. However, things took a turn when we arrived and were told they wouldn't honor our booking. We had already paid in full via credit card, but they demanded almost four times the amount. It was a total scam.

I paid online for a super cheap rate, 20% off any other price, and when I arrived, a lady who only spoke Indonesian told me they don't accept online payments and I had to pay 150,000 IDR for the room. I refused and left. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I was a bit skeptical about booking this hotel, especially after reading some reviews about the price being a bit steep. However, the location turned out to be perfect for me since I had a late-night flight to catch. The staff was super helpful and even offered to store my luggage for a few hours after checkout, which was a lifesaver. On the downside, I felt a bit ripped off when I saw the price - it was literally double what I'd paid for other hotels in the area.
