The owners were kind and helpful, and the location is a plus, convenient for exploring the city and reaching major attractions. The room size was disappointing; my measurements put the total area below 11 m², while the listing advertised 14 m², a significant difference that made the space feel much smaller than expected at booking.

The hosts are very kind, the Riad is beautiful and the pool is relaxing. There was nothing we didn’t like. The location is a bit outside the medina, but we enjoyed seeing Marrakech from a different angle and it led us to more local spots, which was great. It depends on what you’re looking for.

The location is excellent, inside a secure residence with shared pool access, and the staff were very friendly and gave useful recommendations.

The Riad is part of a complex of riads outside the Medina, near the wall, which is convenient for late‑night arrivals since the taxi drops you right inside. The complex has several restaurants and two mini‑markets, which helps with logistics. However, the Riad had no reception desk, so I had to arrange a time with the owner to pay the tourist tax—when traveling you never know what time you’ll arrive. We arrived very late on the first night and there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room, which is a big problem for someone from Europe not used to tap water. Also, the room had no windows, was extremely stuffy (30 °C at 3 am), and because there was no natural ventilation we had to run the air conditioner every night, which made sleeping difficult. The room also lacked the toiletries advertised, the toilet was very small, barely usable, and had a strong sewage smell. It’s far from the Medina on foot.

The Riad’s location is really top, and Patrick and Soraya are incredible people. They give great advice, are helpful and attentive, and for every activity they arrange a minibus to pick you up in front of the residence. I recommend it 200 %.
