The rooms were large and the breakfast tasty, and everything was straightforward; however, the four‑bedroom lacked storage and shelving, the doors were bulky, and noises from upstairs and downstairs were clearly audible at night.

Three people had to wait 20 minutes for check‑in, the breakfast buffet was missing cups and food, and tables were not cleared on time or only after a delay; overall the service was plain and insufficient for the price.

Für den Preis hätten wir etwas besseres erwartet! Service an der Rezeption war zudem sehr schlecht. Angefangen von falscher Rechnung über "ja das ist so, dass kaum Wasser morgens aus der Leitung kommt, wenden Sie sich an die Stadtwerke" .das macht sprachlos!
