The breakfast was excellent and the location is great with a nice view. The room size could be improved: there were many wardrobes and perhaps some free space was missing, and the shower was a bit small.

The room was comfortable and spotless, and the staff maintained that standard; breakfast was abundant. A bar was available where you could grab a pizza and any drink you wished. The only issue was that the hotel’s policy forbids bringing a dog into the restaurant that serves breakfast and bar.

A truly amazing stay at a family hotel with a spacious, clean room that had a balcony. The half‑board offered a buffet breakfast that was still being replenished, and the dinner featured a traditional menu with an appetizer, a choice of main courses, a salad buffet, a dessert, free wine and selected non‑alcoholic drinks. The heated pool required a swim cap, which could be bought. The staff were very helpful. The small mountain resort is within 20 km of a cable car, hiking trails, and a lake. The only downside was the short length of the stay.

The food was incredible, truly good, with a wide variety of flavors. The rooms were perfectly clean, with maintenance coming almost daily. No problems were found with the rooms (the phone worked, etc.). The staff were friendly and polite. The only minor complaint was that the coffee machine didn’t match the rest of the magnificent experience, but it performed its job adequately.
