The staff are super friendly! Everything is very clean. They offer free bicycles to explore Chiang Rai and umbrellas in case it rains.

The whole staff is super friendly and they provide every service you need during your stay. The facilities are very clean and the pool is in perfect condition. Breakfast is quite good. There are bicycles available for you and a very close bugaderia service and local restaurants that are excellent!

The service was fantastic!!! They even accepted a late check‑out, and the front desk lady was very kind. We were traveling while working and the Wi‑Fi in the premises was not good.
