The breakfast had a good variety that was restocked regularly, and the room was adequate, but a very long dark hair was in the tub. When we asked the front desk, they said our only option was to change rooms because housekeeping had left for the day, so we cleaned it ourselves. The caulking around the plumbing fixture in the tub was poorly applied and looked amateurish, there was rust on the bottom of the tub and a few spots of mould along the top edge, and the mattress was disappointingly soft, so we slept poorly. Great location but…

Mary at the front desk was awesome to deal with, breakfast was good, the shuttle service was very reasonable and easy to arrange, Bridgeport train station is a 3‑minute walk, and it was easy to get downtown.

The proximity to the airport was convenient, but the entrance was hard to spot at night at first.

Breakfast was good, the airport shuttle was super convenient, the front desk staff quickly adjusted charges that seemed to double‑charge us, and they were very friendly and efficient.
