The waiters, room cleaning, and courtesy were good. The kitchen needed improvement in many areas.

The administrator was extremely good, polite and gentle, helped with every question. It’s close to the free beach and Torre Pedrera. The dinner was incredible. Everything was good, there is nothing to compare.

The staff were incredibly kind and the parking was inside. It was very hot, and the bathroom was tiny with a wall‑mounted shower but no space to wash up.

The staff were always available and friendly, ready to accommodate guests' needs, and the environment felt welcoming. There were some lapses in room cleanliness (never severe enough to report), and the food options for children were limited, which is understandable since kids can be more picky than adults.
