The room was exceptionally clean, everything was praised, the breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff were wonderful. The wait at reception was quite cold and every answer to a question was very brief. The pools were solid but the inventory had worn out and they weren’t clean enough. The playroom was very clean but there were very few toys for children.

The children would have liked it if we had them, the place was relatively clean. The hotel felt impersonal and not particularly homely. I don’t understand why I was charged for “premium comfort rooms.” Every day a black cloth was left in the room. The breakfast could have been better.

Everything is available in one place, you never have to leave the hotel for any of the offered content. The ticket prices for the winter thermal river were included with a one‑night stay. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was outstanding, the variety was very tasty. The hotel is highly recommended. Service and staff are outstanding.

The room was pretty, clean and pleasant. We also liked the hotel’s children’s playroom, which is great for families with kids. A big plus is the proximity to the Winter Thermal River. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Despite some unpleasant incidents overall we felt comfortable and were satisfied with the stay. The unpleasant surprise was the treatment of a child who had not yet turned six. At arrival the bed for him was not ready, so we had to pay an extra 35 € for bedding, which seemed excessive. We also asked for a child’s bathrobe at reception, but they told us that children under six do not receive them. It is hard to explain to a small child why they are excluded from such things while other family members get them. This feels especially odd for a stay marketed as a “Family Inn.” In a family‑oriented hotel we would expect even the youngest guest to feel equally welcome.
