The hotel is very nice and clean. All staff were very kind, friendly and helpful, and we felt very comfortable. We had no complaints; everything was fine.

“Disappointed and would not book again.”

It’s in a quieter part of town, which is nice. I was disappointed when some staff tried to charge me for two bottles of water even after I paid an extra 600 TB to extend our checkout. Another incident happened when I tried to use the gym: two staff members asked me to leave while I was using the weights, were abrupt and not very polite at first. When I asked them to call their manager to confirm I was a guest, they became kind only after the manager scolded them. Wi‑Fi was a major issue; it was unreliable, so we had to rely on 5G data. A minor inconvenience was that it takes 5‑10 minutes to walk from the room to the lobby, which can be frustrating.

I absolutely fell in love with this place—resort, staff, and cleanliness all 10/10. I would definitely recommend staying here.
