Garvey Park Hotel

The location and cleanliness are good, but the building was under construction. I paid for a stay expecting the balcony shown in the photo, yet I was put in a room where the balcony was blocked by screens, with no prior notice or announcement at arrival. I also felt the staff size was too small for the hotel’s size. Room service never arrived on either of the two days I stayed. The pillows were terrible. The pool was closed, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The receptionist was unwilling to help.

Good reception service. The air conditioning and TV installation were problematic, and it was hard to keep the network working.

Breakfast was not included in the stay, even though I paid a lot for the accommodation, leaving a bad impression and a lot of dissatisfaction. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work. The hotel was under renovation, causing inconveniences and restrictions.

The room had a microwave, and the bed was soft and clean. Breakfast was not included, had few options, and the papaya was sour.
