The spot isn’t terrible, even though it’s a working‑class area with some homeless, it never felt unsafe. Staff were helpful in every way, but the place is just a basic budget hotel—bed, toilet, TV, nothing else. The room is so cramped that the nightstand can’t open straight on; you have to tilt it sideways to fit. The bathroom is too tight for a walker, the remotes act up and lose battery life, the mattresses are as hard as logs, and hallway noise is audible.
